Shipping Policy

SHIPPING
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

 

We offer free shipping on all orders that amount to over Rs. 999/- this is limited to standard shipping in India only. *Shipping charges are non-refundable
 

DELIVERY LOCATION
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.


Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. The business day is from Monday to Friday, except holidays.


Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.


DAMAGED IN-TRANSIT

Exchange & Return Policy

EXCHANGE
Due to the covid 19 pandemic we are operating a strict No Exchange policy and this is why we request you to PLEASE refer to the size chart and other information we have prepared for you with care and indulgence before you make a purchase. We want you to have bought the right product for your self.

Please note, that the above policy has been put in place for everyones safety. The same will hopefully be revised and / or relaxed in the future. Only time will tell. 

We at The Mush Room at present are allowing returns ONLY IF you feel that the item you have received is defective and NOT for reasons such as you didn’t like the colour and / or design and / or material and / or simply changed your mind after making the payment on our website.  

RETURN
In the unlikely (as we follow strict quality control measures at our end) event that your merchandise arrives damaged and is not by any chance damaged in an accident at your end in handling the package, we at The Mush Room follow a 10 day return policy for all products shopped within India. 

We request you to email us a photo of the damaged product along with your name, phone no. and order details at our ID, contact@themushroom.in within 48 hours of having received your order. 

After going through the email we will contact you and guide you further. 

Please note, the return shipping cost will have to be borne by you (same being non refundable). As we are a small homegrown business and do not provide reverse pick up facilities. 

As per the return policy, we will either issue you a refund for that particular amount in full (not including the return shipping cost that will be borne by you) or a replacement by issuing a fresh piece of the same item (subject to availability), whichever’s possible - provided the following conditions are met : 
1. The Mush Room product is damaged / defective. This will be determined by our team through inspection. The Management’s decision with regard to damaged / defective products and / or refund shall be final and binding. 
2. Decisions of Return/Refund are at discretion of Team Mush Room. Don’t worry we care and we will try and help you as much as possible :) 
3. All Mush Room Products should be returned in an UNMARKED, UNUSED condition with the original packaging, tags and sale receipts intact. Any items not received by The Mush Room will be considered not returned. Therefore, please use a reliable shipping service once we notify you to do the same. 
4. Any items that have been altered by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. 
5. In order to maintain fair prices, items bought on sale / discount cannot be returned. Kindly make it a point to understand which products are eligible for return before purchasing. 

CANCELLATION
We do not allow for cancellation on orders placed. We request you to shop with indulgence and care so that the item you buy is something you can absolutely love and flaunt. 

The Management reserves the unilateral right to modify or alter the aforesaid conditions and policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
